Payment Policy:

All orders will be agreed upon in writing by both parties, Grammar Chic, Inc. and Client.  A 50% deposit of the total for the order will be paid prior to work being commenced.  All orders through Grammar Chic, Inc. require a credit card guarantee on file, regardless if the Client would like to pay by check, cash or other payment methods.

 
Refunds and Cancellations:

Due to copyrighting laws and the inherent, duplicative nature of the services provided by Grammar Chic, Inc. these services including but not limited to, proofreading, editing, rewriting, search engine optimization (SEO), Web copywriting/website content writing, design, and layout, freelance writing, slogan and/or tagline writing, press release writing/submission, and all other project-related and administrative tasks, are not “returnable.”   Grammar Chic, Inc. will make every reasonable attempt to rewrite, rectify, and/or resolve any unsatisfactory issues that are reported by Client within a period of seven days after work has been sent.  Sending methods include both electronic and physical deliveries.  Client may cancel project at any time; Grammar Chic, Inc. will refund the balance in Client’s account, less any project expenses, within a period of thirty (30) days.  Work that has not been paid for is subject to proprietary copyright law and owned by Grammar Chic, Inc. until payment has been made in full.  Copyright of unpaid work product will be enforced to the fullest extent allowable by law.
